Year round position. To over a busy seafood accented upscale fine dining. Can do over 700 covers/7 days a week in season.
Job Essentials
*Deliver high-quality from scratch food with great taste and creative presentations.
*Build the kitchen staff. Be a coach and mentor the team.
*Recipes, training, and rollout.
*Administrative tasks: inventories, production sheets, working w/ purchasing manager.
*Manage cost: labor, food and controllable.
*Highly involved in the operation, set standards, train, set the pace.
Resort Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
2+ years of culinary education -helpful
2-4+ years of experience Chef de Cuisine from upscale noteworthy Hotel – Resort – Casino -Restaurant
*Working knowledge of the Visa Program is helpful.

This position has a 10% incentive plan, relocation and temp housing.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year full Relocation Paid
