Job Overview Hotel Director of Food and Beverage:

This 300-room downtown hotel features an all-day dining restaurant, in-room dining, relaxing lobby bar and busy 16k event space.

Very well-compensated position for an eager leader who loves to achieve, using a hands-on style and engaging personality.

Job Description of The Hotel Director of Food and Beverage:

• Collaborating with Executive Committee Peers
• Ensure a solid bridge is cultivated with the FOH and BOH.
• Be aware of guest/associate experience – Involved and proactive.
• Knowledgeable to be a mentor and solve people issues – Set the pace.

Job Essentials of The Hotel Director of Food and Beverage:

• Implement fundamental policies/procedures.
• Understand Numbers -budget/forecast, cost controls/inventories, month end P&L
• Review expenses: labor, controllables, inventories. Manage POS.
• Menus development with the Executive Chef from concept, pricing to roll-out.

Requirements of The Hotel Director of Food and Beverage:

• 3+ years as a Hotel Food and Beverage Director OR Assistant Director Food and Beverage from a larger hotel
• Proven knowledge on how a successful F&B department should operate.
