We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Resort General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, lead a diverse team, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities of the Hotel Resort General Manager:

• Lead and manage all aspects of hotel resort operations and leadership team including Director of Revenue Management / Reservations.
• Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Personally, develop and direct the Food and Beverage Department.
• Provide clear directions and suggest buy-in for broad-based hotel decisions.
• Continue to develop and provide exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards in guest relations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among employees.
• Work closely with ownership on strategic planning, marketing efforts, and capital improvement projects.

Experience and Background for the Hotel Resort General Manager:

• Proven Hotel Resort General Manager experience at a lifestyle or luxury brand.
• Work using a collaborative style.
• Encourage group cohesiveness.
• Food and Beverage experience.
• Experience in revenue management and budgeting processes.
• Experience working closely with ownership.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
