Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations of the golf resort, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with other departmental heads to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Monitor cash flow and manage investment strategies for optimal returns.
- Lead audits and ensure the integrity of financial reporting and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance management, in Hotels or Golf Resorts.
