Responsible for assisting clients through the early stages of the event lifecycle from inquiry to contract and doing so while showing an eagerness to put the client first. Understanding the importance of exemplifying exceptional knowledge of the services and products offered to meet sales goals while simultaneously going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities of the Senior Corporate Group Hotel Resort Sales Manager:
Customer and Account Management:
Develop and execute plans to engage in outside sales calls, industry trade shows and customer events and site tours.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of business opportunities.
Represent hotel in all interactions dealing with their customers related to sales, including creating business proposals and executing contracts.
Conduct site inspections through masterful story telling with clients.
Coordinate customer specifications (including room, food and beverage and meeting space requirements) via identified lead management system.
Prospecting:
Research, solicit and generate new leads for business opportunities through Delphi database research and proactive sales efforts, maximizing new room revenue.
Engage in outside sales activities build relationships to win new business.

HOTEL RESORT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Minimum Years of Experience: At least 2 years of Hotel Sales OR Catering experience known for good service and products. Hotel Resort Sales, Good Presentation Skills and Eagerness are Desired.
Proven track record of meeting goals, prospecting skills, able to negotiate contracts, use of Delphi, and being able to work without direct supervision.

We are offering a fantastic compensation package! With our Incentive Plans our Senior Sales Manager are the highest grossing managers in New Jersey. The Incentive Plan is paid upon finalizing the contract.
