Chef de Cuisine Fine Dining Luxury Resort Ranch Wyoming $120k Pgk w/housing
This is one of those Once-in- a -Lifetime RARE Opportunities in where quality of food, presentations and service are MORE important than profits!
Reporting to World Class Executive Chef, The Resort Fine Dining Chef de Cuisine will oversee an 80-seat restaurant opened 3 nights a week, 6-courses with a 2.5-hour dining experience.
Work directly with The Farm including – on-site greenhouse, goat dairy, creamery, 400 American Wagyu cattle ranch, and artisan bakery to build a truly authentic farm & ranch-to-table culinary program.
Seeking – Resort Chef de Cuisine to lead the signature fine dining restaurant. Take full ownership of culinary operations, locally inspired seasonal menu development (using a French accent), and the kitchen team. A Chef who can continue to develop a talented culinary team, and bring a genuine passion for seasonal, locally inspired cuisine to one of the most extraordinary luxury ranch resort settings in the American West.
Understands how to Execute signature culinary events, private ranch dinners, and immersive guest interactive programming in one of Wyoming’s most celebrated luxury ranch environments.
Michelin Star, Relais & Châteaux, and Forbes candidate sought.
Qualifications of the Resort Fine Dining Chef de Cuisine:
5+ years of progressive culinary leadership in luxury restaurants, destination resorts, private clubs, or fine dining environments
Experience at a Relais & Châteaux, Forbes-rated, or comparable luxury property strongly preferred
Seasonal menu development and farm-to-table sourcing experience — a genuine passion for ingredient-driven cuisine

Compensation $125K Pgk – $90-105K Base + A Solid 10% bonus + subsidized housing + relocation
