Forbes Luxury resort features several restaurants. Overseeing upscale to fine dining full-service restaurant, beverage, special events and a Sommelier. Able to manage 300 covers/day. *Some fine dining experience needed.

The position requires a hands-on leader who strives for guest awareness and motivating a team.

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations ensuring exceptional guest service by using successful standards and systems to guide the team. Collaborate with a very talented culinary team.

Knows how to use high guest touch points (hands-on) to ensure the guest experience is achieved. Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop F&B team.

• Proven skills in sales, upselling, and revenue management, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Previous leadership experience in upscale or luxury hospitality, preferably in resorts, hotels, or destination restaurants.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional resort teams.

Qualifications of the Full-Service Director Restaurant.

3–5+ years full-service upscale to fine dining restaurant management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and team development

Some wine knowledge.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, guest experience, and service standards in a full-service restaurant or resort environment.
• Experience in food & beverage operations, including menu execution, coordination with culinary teams, and understanding of cooking and kitchen workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop diverse teams, including front- and back-of-house staff, with an emphasis on performance and consistency.

Compensation: $88K Package includes a very DEPENDABLE Bonus Plan and strong benefits. Relocation Paid.
