This luxury Asheville NC resort feature several restaurants. The Restaurant General Manager will be overseeing a full-service upscale restaurant with 125-seat venue + 20 outdoors patio seats that can yield 300 B-L-D covers and has an amazing wine list.  he management team is well staffed including a highly trained Sommelier. Job Summary of the Full-Service Restaurant General Manager:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations ensuring exceptional guest service by using successful standards and systems to guide the team. While collaborating with a very talented culinary team, meeting the guest’s experience is the most important goal – not profits.

 Key Responsibilities of the Full-Service Restaurant General Manager:

Knows how to use high guest touch points (hands-on) to ensure the guest experience is achieved by team systems and standards.

Manage opening, closing, and shift operations.

Active participation on the floor – while touching as many tables as possible.

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team.

Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.

Aware of Resort and Restaurant Brand Standards.

*Ensure the Service Recovery Plan is maintained.

Qualifications of the Full-Service Restaurant General Manager

3–5+ years full-service upscale restaurant management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and team development

Compensation $88K Package includes a very DEPENDABLE Bonus Plan and strong benefits. Relocation Paid.
