Vice President of Hotel Sales & Marketing to guide the strategy, structure, and success of the sales, revenue, and marketing efforts.
This position will oversee 10 large hotels resorts with an emphasis on group and leisure. Must Relo.

Job Description of The Vice President of Hotel Sales & Marketing:

• Develop and implement sales strategies that grow market share, drive group and transient revenue, and deliver portfolio-wide revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and support DoSM, Revenue Managers and Sales Teams.
• Driving revenue performance to optimize pricing strategies, forecast demand, and maximize portfolio-wide RevPAR and market share performance.
• Oversee marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning to ensure our properties stand out in competitive markets. Schooled in AI is PLUS.
• Building key relationships with major accounts, brand partners.

Qualifications of The Vice President of Hotel Sales & Marketing:

• 10+ years in hotel sales leadership, including large group, convention, and resort sales + revenue management + marketing. Must have strong oversight experience with a multi-property portfolio.
• Proven success overseeing sales performance across multiple properties with Marriott / Starwood full-service brand portfolio.
• Strong familiarity with Marriott / Starwood systems and brand standards.
• Experience leading digital marketing and hotel demand generation strategies.
