Director of Catering Conference Services. $130k+ Uncapped Incentives. Premier Mid-Atlantic Resort known for its spacious lodging complexes, expansive event space, championship golf, entertainment venues, recreational activities, and multiple restaurant choices.

Key Responsibilities of the Hotel Resort Director of Catering Conference Services:

  • Reports to the Director of Sales and collaboration with the Sales & Operations Depts.
  • Oversee team of 7 + Coordinators and AA’s.
  • Championing BEOs, Group Resumes, and required diagrams for functions.
  • Overseeing execution of booked events: pre-con, on-site event participation, detailing events, as well as post-con.

Qualifications of the Hotel Resort Director of Catering Conference Services:

  • 2-4+ years Director Catering OR DoCC at a 500+ guest room hotel resort
  • Overseen high volume hotel resort of at least 50K event space.
  • Conference services, or group sales leadership in a high-volume hotel resort environment.
  • Proven sales background with strong upselling and revenue optimization skills across F&B, ancillary services, and event enhancements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Financial acumen, including forecasting, labor management, and P&L accountability

Compensation Package: $130K + Uncapped Incentives.
