Role Description Hotel Resort Director of Finance
Seeking a leader who enjoys encouraging team development, strong with all aspects of accounting and financials, controls and processes.
· Able to lead the team through budgets, forecasting accuracy, CapEx, taxes, revenue strategies and strong analytical skills.
The Director of Finance will partner closely with operations, sales, marketing, and food & beverage leaders to optimize revenue, control costs, and support strategic decision-making.
· Presenting financial results and recommendations to ownership and executive leadership.
The role also involves developing and mentoring team members, implementing internal controls.
Qualifications Hotel Resort Director of Finance
· 2 years Director of Hotel or Resort Finance. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, *Decentralized Accounting
*MUST be able to relocate to Hilton Head Savannah Area or FOR THE RIGHT DoF able to work hybrid or remote – Does require property visit.
· Desire to be a part of team that offers a stable workplace with little Turn-Over!
*Base salary and incentive $180K Package- Full Relocation.
