Resort Director of Guest Services / Director of Front Office Asheville
Reports To: General Manager – This a Luxury Resort
Position Summary
The resort is well run and has a seasoned team. No Problems! Oversees 2 Asst Mgr/ 11 Associates. 5-day LOW STRESS workplace!
The Resort Director of Guest Services leads front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while overseeing Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Services, Reservation, and Guest Relations. This is an outstanding opportunity
Key Responsibilities Resort Director of Guest Services Director of Front Office
- Lead daily guest services operations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns. Including service recovery plans and online review scores.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor, and operating costs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Security.
• Ensure compliance with brand and service standards.
• Oversee VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special events.
Qualifications Resort Director of Guest Services Director of Front Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years hotel operations experience.
•2- 3 years in Guest Services or Front Office leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation $70,000–$75,000+plus a very DEPENDABLE Bonus Plan and strong benefits. Relocation Paid.
